Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship across the UK. If you’re based outside of the UK, please contact us before ordering contact@sylvaandstoneuk.com

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2-5 working days after dispatch.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, where applicable. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Who do we ship with?

We are currently using Royal Mail (tracked48) this is subject to change.

What materials do you use?

Our carefully selected jewellery is crafted from various high quality materials, most common being stainless steel. We also use titanium, resin and occasionally sterling silver, all finished in 14k-18k gold or silver plating and PVD or ION coating.

Will my jewellery tarnish?

All of our jewellery is tarnish resistant and water resistant and designed for everyday wear. Gold-plated items may fade over time with friction and prolonged exposure to chemicals, water, and abrasive surfaces. Each of our pieces are listed with specification and durability information. Over time, wear and tear is a normal occurrence however with the right love and care our pieces are very durable. Please see our “Jewellery Care” section available on our website which explains how to clean and care for your jewellery properly.

Is your jewellery waterproof?

All of our jewellery is water-resistant, meaning they can handle occasional splashes and everyday wear. However, we will always recommend removing jewellery before showering or using harsh chemicals to preserve longevity and beauty.

Will it turn my skin green?

No. The metals and materials we use such as stainless steel and titanium are hypoallergenic and unlikely to discolour skin. If you have a known metal allergy please refer to our allergen advice under “Jewellery Care”.

Ring Sizing

How do I find my ring size?

Please refer to our size guide before ordering. You can measure a ring you already own or use the string method. We also offer a ring sizer on our website.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in a resalable condition and in its original packaging. Please refer to our “Returns Policy” where you will find more information.

Can I return earrings?

No. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless faulty.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the faulty item and we will resolve the issue promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment methods available at checkout. Including major debit and credit cards, as well as additional payment options depending on your device and location.

Packaging

Do you offer gift packaging?  

We currently don’t offer a gift wrapping service, however every Sylva and Stone order is carefully wrapped and beautifully presented, making it perfect for gifting. We want your shopping experience to be luxurious, focusing on attention to detail and we want you to have the experience of “opening a gift” each time.
