Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer standard UK shipping with Royal Mail (tracked 48). Estimated delivery times are typically 2–5 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and busy periods. We currently offer free local delivery for TS14 customers, delivered by Sylva and Stone (TS14 ONLY)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking information will also be provided.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we aim to ensure all orders arrive safely, delays can occasionally occur with postal services. We kindly ask customers to allow reasonable time for delivery before contacting us regarding missing parcels.
